Job summary

Associated Spring Raymond in Maumee, OH is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate inventory, implement continuous improvement, and support warehouse efficiency. You will train staff in best practices and root-cause discrepancies while coordinating stocking locations and new program implementations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of warehouse inventory experience, knowledge of ISO/TS16949/IATF 16949, forklift operation, and strong PC skills (MS Office).

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• 3–5 years inventory experience in warehouse/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 / IATF 16949 standards preferred.
• Experience with scales and weigh counting.
• Experience operating a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory control of Distribution and Assembly parts.
• Educate and train inventory team on procedures.
• Review discrepancies and determine root cause and corrective action.
• Organize and move products to stocking locations.
• Develop optimal storage plans with supervisor.
