Job summary

Sysco Kentucky is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support the warehouse manager and team in daily operations. This role handles receiving appointments, inventory control, and data entry, ensuring accurate counts and records.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of data entry experience. Prior AS/400 and inventory control knowledge is preferred; familiarity with MS Office is beneficial. The role is office-warehouse based with standard shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of data entry experience required.
• AS/400 and inventory control knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Count and tag merchandise per standards.
• Verify inbound temps for refrigerated items.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile with stock status.
• Prepare daily cut sheets and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate picking sheets and invoices for associates.
• Assist with inbound receiving and communicate issues with the team.
• Keep the warehouse clean and safe, report damages.
• Support with reports and processing picking documents.
