Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support the warehouse manager and supervisory staff with clerical duties, inventory control, and processing of receiving appointments.

This role emphasizes accuracy, data entry, and collaboration with the receiving team; candidates should have a high school diploma and 1-2 years of data entry experience, with AS/400 knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of data entry experience required.
• Preferred: experience in high-volume warehouse operations.
• AS/400 and inventory control knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Count and tag merchandise accurately.
• Verify temperature of refrigerated inbound goods.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile with stock.
• Prepare daily cut sheets and update picking/invoice accuracy.
• Assist with receiving and scheduling inbound loads.
• Maintain safe, clean warehouse and report issues.
