Job summary

MARKI MICROWAVE LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk 2 in Morgan Hill, CA to manage daily inventory movements and system transactions for the stockroom and cleanroom. This temp-to-hire role handles discrepancies, maintains ERP records, and supports procurement and NPI materials requests.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in inventory, a high school diploma, and is comfortable with ERP/MES/Docuware/Access. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in an inventory role, IC industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college courses or degree preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP and inventory software systems.

Responsibilities

• Label, place, pick and store all inventory.
• Maintain and update inventory records in ERP, MES, Docuware and Access.
• Prepare work tickets and document internal processing of inventory.
• Participate in cycle counts and audits; resolve discrepancies.
• Cross-train to support multiple logistics roles.
