American Augers is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to manage inventory processes, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies. The role emphasizes accurate data, cross-department communication, and adherence to material storage procedures.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–1 years of related experience, and familiarity with Word/Excel; SAP experience is strongly preferred. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Reading and clerical tasks with basic math.
• Good communication skills, in-person and written.
• Forklift certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to meet departmental requirements.
• Perform cycle counts based on ABC criteria.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Handle bill of materials allocation.
• Coordinate with other departments to share information promptly.
