Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Salt Lake City is hiring a Weekday Days First Shift Forklift Operator. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying inbound and outbound orders and performing daily warehouse tasks.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of forklift operation experience with stand-up equipment, knowledge of WMS systems such as Blue Yonder or SAP, and a High School diploma. Excellent safety practices and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying inbound and outbound orders.
• Ensure inventory entries and adjustments are reflected in the warehouse management system.
• Maintain inventory records; perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.
• Operate Stand Up forklift and Reach Truck as required.
