Cellular Sales is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to manage the receipt and tracking of goods in a fast-paced retail environment. You will communicate with the Inventory Manager and adapt to changing priorities while ensuring accuracy in shipments.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and offers a daytime full-time schedule in a store setting, with occasional after-hours during device launches.

Responsabilidades

• Handle the receipt, documentation, and tracking of goods.
• Communicate with Inventory Manager regarding issues or status of merchandise.
• Be flexible to support changing priorities and needs.
• Provide support for Inventory Supervisor.
• Examine contents and compare with records to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
• Record shipment data for reporting and recordkeeping purposes.
• Determine shipping method for materials based on procedures, routes, and rates.
• Deliver or route materials to departments.
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
• Confer with appropriate person(s) to rectify problems such as damages or shortages.
