PSG Dover in Grand Terrace, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain cycle counts and accurate stock levels in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will reconcile counts, document discrepancies, and support continuous improvements while ensuring safety and compliance with company procedures.

Prior experience with Excel, Outlook, and warehouse tools is preferred. This full-time onsite role offers benefits and opportunities to contribute to lean initiatives and optimize inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with cycle counts, system audits, reporting and record keeping.
• Experience with mobile equipment and material handling in a warehouse setting.
• Competent using Oracle and Windows computers, and various printers; proficient with MS Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs.
• Counts and reconciles randomly chosen or selected part numbers and locations daily.
• Assists in developing solutions to shortages, overages and inventory discrepancies.
• Compiles, verifies, and reports periodic information to management regarding inventory trends.
• Adheres to safety and quality procedures and participates in continuous improvement activities.
