Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC, a growing supplier of metal products, seeks a highly organized Warehouse & Inventory Office Clerk for 2nd shift in Claremore, OK. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, shipping documentation, order fulfillment, QA, and efficiency in a 150,000-square-foot facility.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, organizational ability, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/365.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based tasks.

Responsibilities

• Convert sales orders to pick tickets.
• Convert pick tickets to pack slips as needed.
• Expedite unfinished orders to meet promised delivery dates.
• Inspect pick tickets for processed orders and verify instructions are complete.
• Adjust inventory balances to reflect shipped orders.
• Compare inventory counts and weights with records for outgoing shipments.
• Post weight and shipping charges and update inventory records.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues with shipments and inventory.
