Job summary

Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Office Clerk for our Claremore, OK facility. The role supports 2nd shift operations, inventory accuracy, shipping documentation, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM, on-site with competitive pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to sit for extended periods at a computer.

Responsibilities

• Convert sales orders to pick tickets and packing slips.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update ERP.
• Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
• Expedite orders to meet delivery dates.
• Perform inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Post shipping charges and update inventory records.
• Support warehouse administration and reporting.
