Position Summary:

Responsible for the daily/weekly maintaining of pallet tracking (where applicable), audit of driver logs and trip reports, log and driver file DOT requirements tracking. Liaison for internal customer support. Track all return goods as directed by the customer for close out of returns from the private fleet.

Pay: $21.00/ Hr + $1 Shift Differential = $22/Hr

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4:00PM - 2:30AM

Major Responsibilities:

• Respond to inventory issues from operators on the floor
• Ensure system count matches physical inventory
• Resolve discrepancies at location and pallet level
• Identify missing product in storage locations
• Update WMS to match physical inventory and research root causes
• Accurately receive inventory and work with checkers
• Audit inbound receipts physically and through documentation
• Data setup, validation, and input into WMS and other applications
• Audit data for inaccuracies
• Manage unsalable inventory to resolution
• Identify, log, and document potential damages and product recalls
• Ensure signage is correctly located in the distribution center
• Assist with reports and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2 years of general office experience
• 1 year of customer service experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• AS400 experience preferred
• Regular attendance and willingness to travel as needed
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to read, communicate, analyze, and follow instructions
• Stand, walk, sit, handle, reach, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
• Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
