Job summary

Diamondback Firearms, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain daily inventory activities and support sourcing and shipping operations in a manufacturing environment. You will handle receiving, recording, and reporting inventory movements.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, inventory and supply chain management, plus ability to lift up to 50 lbs, sit/stand, and operate in a fast-paced setting. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain
• At least 1 year as inventory associate or relevant role
• Must be able to sit, stand, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory levels for goods, products, and materials
• Conduct quality checks on stored inventory to company standards
• Process and document returned items
• Implement inventory management procedures
• Answer calls, enter data into computers, and assist customers
• Monitor inventory losses and implement loss-prevention programs
• Pull kits for builds in progress
• Pull parts sales orders
• Record each incoming and outgoing shipment
• Notify purchaser of low stock
• Greet the gate and hand out parts for builds in progress
• Maintain cleanliness of parts room
• Prepare parts room for inventory quarterly
• Maintain return kits
• Receive all incoming inventory
• Create and scan item receipts in QuickBooks
• Package all outgoing UPS shipments
• Provide weight and dimensions for outgoing shipments
• Assist in shipping as needed
• Additional duties as assigned by the Inventory Manager or Lead

Position Qualifications/Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain management

HOURS

• 1st shift position
• Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Special Requirements

Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
