Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in California is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for 1st shift. You will maintain inventory accuracy by verifying inbound and outbound orders and ensuring that entries reflect adjustments in the warehouse management system.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months in inventory control, forklift certification, and experience with WMS (e.g., SAP, Blue Yonder, JDA). On-site employment with competitive benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Six months warehousing and inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift training within 30 days of employment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product following procedures.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

At least 6 months' experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.

• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
