Job summary

MIRATECH in Houston, TX is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support our Assembly Team by managing incoming parts, stocking inventory, and preparing kits for work orders. This role emphasizes accurate part handling and efficient material flow in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will stock, label, and organize parts, verify part numbers, assist with receiving, and communicate shortages to supervisors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or material handling experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with part numbers, inventory systems, and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work both independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Stock, label, and organize parts in designated locations.
• Parts Retrieval & Kitting: Pick and kit parts for work orders, ensuring correct sets.
• Material Handling: Safely move materials following safety procedures.
• Organization & Workflow Support: Keep stockroom and work areas clean and organized; report shortages.
• Receiving & Verification: Assist unloading, inspecting, and logging incoming materials; verify part numbers.
