Job summary

Joinimagine in Arlington, TX is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy across inbound and outbound orders and ensuring all entries are reflected in the warehouse management system.

You will perform daily inventory management, coordinate physical counts, and adjust records for over/short, damaged, or defective products, with a plan to transfer to the Lancaster site as migrations proceed.

Qualifications

• Maintains inventory records and accuracy across inbound/outbound orders.
• Proficient with warehouse management system for updating entries.
• Forklift certification or completion of forklift training within 30 days preferred.

Job description

The candidate selected for the position will train and help with the Migration of the arlington site, it is expected that the candidate will transfer to the new Lancaster site after the Arlington site migration is completed, Expected time table is mid to late october

Role Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.

• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
