Job summary

Nellson Nutraceutical is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Clerk to join the Powder Division in Anaheim, CA. You will support inventory accuracy and material control by maintaining records, performing cycle counts, and reconciling data with a focus on safe, efficient operations.

You will collaborate with Inventory Control, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure timely material movement, accurate inventories, and adherence to SOPs in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, or clerical experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cycle counts, inventory verification, and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems with inventory adjustments as directed.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and elevate issues to Inventory Control or supervision.
• Support physical inventory counts and related documentation.
• Assist with tracking expired, damaged, or obsolete materials.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports, logs, and records.
• Follow established SOPs, inventory controls, and safety requirements.
• Support warehouse and production teams with material movement coordination as needed.
• Assist with audit preparation and inventory-related data requests.
• Maintain organized files and documentation related to inventory activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Inventory Control Clerk supports inventory accuracy and material control activities by maintaining records, assisting with cycle counts, and supporting inventory reconciliation processes.
