Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to record and maintain control of all inventory items purchased and produced. You will manage receiving from vendors, coordinate quality checks, and maintain audit schedules to ensure accurate warehouse inventory.

Responsibilities include auditing daily orders, resolving discrepancies, and promoting safety practices. 2–5 years of related experience and forklift certification are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, auditing, or inventory reconciliation.
• Proficiency with inventory management and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to balance systems during daily order processing.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and review cycle counts.
• Receive products from vendors and communicate quality issues to buyers.
• Maintain safety and quality control manuals; follow safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
