Job summary

White Cap is seeking a warehouse inventory specialist to record and maintain control of inventory items purchased and produced. You will receive products from vendors, perform quality checks, and manage daily audit schedules to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities include researching discrepancies, maintaining inventory manuals, and promoting safety. The role requires 2–5 years of applicable experience and a Monday–Friday schedule, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, in California (Perris).

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, inventory auditing, or reconciliation in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency using inventory management, ERP, or warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and follow up on adjustments and cycle counts.
• Maintain time control tables with base tables and reviews allocations.
• Receive products from vendors to check quality and communicate issues to buyers.
• Maintain quality control and inventory control manuals.
• Promote a safe work environment by following safety policies and conducting inspections.
