Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar group, invites you to join a team that serves contractors with electrical products and solutions across the southeast United States. The role supports purchasing, inventory, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with purchasing queues, stock discrepancies, stock returns, and bin location updates, while collaborating across receiving and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Electrical Distribution experience/knowledge is a plus.
• Detail oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
• Basic inventory/purchasing knowledge including procurement – order points, line points, demand, safety stock, excess and dead stock.
• Typical environment includes offices and warehouse.
• Light to moderate noise level.
• While performing the duties of this job, employee is frequently required to stand.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in clearing Eclipse queues associated with purchasing
• Work closely with receiving department and vendors to solve discrepancies
• Research and assist with processing stock returns
• Update new items for bin locations
• Assist with monitoring non-stock inventory items
• Assist with managing bin locations and changes
