Job summary

Cart.com is seeking an Inventory Fulfillment Associate to support Fulfillment as a Service operations. You will perform picking, packing, restocking, and cycle counting to ensure accurate inventory and timely order processing.

Ideal candidates bring experience in automated environments, knowledge of distribution centers, and solid Excel/Word skills. You will collaborate with floor teams, maintain organized spaces, follow safety procedures, and contribute to hitting daily and weekly SLAs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack products from warehouse shelves, restock and cycle-count inventory, and prep/kits for special projects.
  • Support team members with questions and requests.
  • Strive to meet target metrics and seek help to achieve them.
  • Keep workspaces organized and clean at all times.
  • Follow safety procedures and raise safety concerns as needed.
  • Communicate clearly and candidly with team members.

This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or willing to move to Terrell, TX.

The Role

As an Inventory Fulfillment Associate, you will serve as the backbone for Fulfillment as a Service at Cart.com. Getting a package to a customer's doorstep is not an easy task. Our fulfillment associates should be ready to provide efficient and quality work for our clients and customers while solving problems as they come up. In this role, you will work closely with your floor manager, team leads, and fellow associates. This seat is expected to be eager to learn new things, be a team player, and be ready to find out of the box solutions.

What You'll Do
  • You are the magic behind the online shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks can include picking and packing product from our warehouse shelves, restocking and cycle counting inventory, or prepping and kitting special projects. Our associates should be ready to help any team within our warehouses that might need it most on any given day, be that inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, or wholesale.
  • Support your team members with questions and requests

  • Keep safety at top of mind; follow all safety procedures and bring up safety concerns as they arise

What You've Done
  • Experience in an automated environment
  • Distribution Center knowledge
