Job summary

Cart.com, Inc. is seeking a forklift driver to move cases within our fulfillment center, operating RF guns and power equipment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration across departments.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of forklift experience, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills. The job is onsite in our New Jersey facility with standard warehouse shifts.

The Role

A forklift driver is responsible for the physical and electronic case movement within the four walls of the fulfillment center.

What You’ll Do

• Move cases physically and electronically as required for fulfillment and general movement in facility.
• Able to operate an RF gun.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Operate power equipment: ride behind jack, sit down reach truck, or High Reach truck.
• Notify supervisor immediately when encountering any issues.
• Always maintain proper safety procedures, including proper lifting and reporting any incidents and accidents within 24 hours.
• Able to meet accuracy goal(s).
• Able to meet productivity goals.
• Assist in other departments when necessary.

What You’ve Done

• 1 Year Experience driving forklift, turret truck, cherry picker.
• Nice to Haves: Previous forklift certification or hold current forklift certification.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Able to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.).
• Able to lift and carry up to 25-30 lbs. on occasion (document boxes, files, binders, and other items)
• Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
• Able to work overtime
• Periodic exposure to heavy machinery/equipment and changing environmental conditions
