Job summary

Atterro in Portland, OR is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support production and material planning. You will manage inventory levels, enter purchase orders, and ensure accurate records in SAGE ERP.

This role emphasizes accuracy, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in inventory control or related fields, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, materials management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAGE ERP.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels to support production and demand while preventing excess stock.
  • Enter and maintain purchase orders for materials and supplies.
  • Review invoices and accounting documentation for accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory transactions and maintain accurate records within SAGE ERP.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities.
  • Assist with raw material planning and inventory forecasting.
  • Generate inventory, purchasing, and progress reports.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and support employees on inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure material availability.
  • Analyze inventory data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Flexible)

Education Requirements

  • Experience working with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAGE ERP
