Job Description

Qosina is a family owned and operated leading supplier of OEM medical device components to the medical and pharmaceutical industries. We are based in Suffolk County, NY, with a European office in Milan, Italy.

Position Overview:

Your focus will be to perform cycle count activities to ensure inventory accuracy, and compare actual inventory counts to inventory records. May be responsible to reconcile counts and provide reporting. Additionally, may have to support stock put-away and scale counting of components.

Responsibilities:

• Process out of stocks, store returns and/or product damage adjustments and generate related reports.
• Maintain and/or correct product and location information in the warehouse management system as needed.
• Assist with performing random audits as requested.
• May be responsible to reconcile counts and provide reporting.
• Communicate pertinent information and issues (i.e., shortages and warehouse out-of-stock inventory) to supervisors in a timely manner.
