TCAH is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support the Purchasing Manager with accurate inventory data across multiple locations in Brooklyn. You will receive shipments, track stock levels in real time, and ensure proper labeling and storage to enable efficient distribution for programs.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in inventory control or warehouse operations, strong attention to detail, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; related certifications or training are a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, purchasing support, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management, warehouse management, or ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong data-entry, record-keeping, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with management and warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory across multiple locations.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including quantities, item locations, and transaction histories.
  • Use inventory management software to track and adjust stock levels in real time.
  • Ensure inventory is properly labeled and stored in designated warehouse locations for efficient retrieval.
  • Conduct routine physical inventory counts and reconcile variances between physical inventory and system records.
  • Prepare and submit weekly market lists to the Purchasing Department based on inventory levels and program needs.
  • Generate monthly inventory variance and status reports, including spoilage, overages, shortages, and other discrepancies.

This position will monitor inventory levels, receive and organize supplies, and ensure materials are properly distributed to support program and operational needs.
