Job summary

Imperial Dade in Nashville, TN is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to join our warehouse team. The role centers on counting and reconciling inventory while supporting standard logistics procedures.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm, onsite at our Nashville facility. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with Word/Excel/Outlook, and at least one year of Cherry Picker/Order Picker experience with up to 20 ft reach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year experience with Cherry Picker/Order Picker up to 20 feet.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support basic logistics procedures.
• Track stock movements and system transactions.
• Manage stock control and reconcile data storage system.
• Control inventory levels by conducting daily physical counts.

The Inventory Control Associateperforms inventory tasks within our warehouse by physically counting merchandise, supplies, products, etc.

The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm.

You will:

• Support basic logistics procedures
• Track stock movements and system transactions
• Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system
• Control inventory levels by conducting daily physical counts

You have:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• 1-year experience with Cherry Picker/Order Picker with heights up to 20 feet
• Experience with the operation of warehouse equipment
• Experience in receiving is a plus
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds without assistance
