DKSH is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist in Dallas, TX to own stock records, inbound receiving, and inventory movements across North America. You will drive accuracy and efficiency in warehouse and production operations.

You should have 3+ years in 3PL or similar roles, strong Excel, SAP, and Power BI skills, and be fluent in English. Some travel may be required as part of this role.

Competenze

• 3 years’ experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environments.
• Advanced Excel with analytics on inventory trends and stock levels.
• SAP and Power BI proficiency.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Manage up-to-date inventory records in SAP.
• Ensure ad-hoc and routine cycle counts are executed timely and per procedure.
• Organize and lead annual physical stock counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances with DKSH Partners.
• Monitor inbound and outbound inventory transactions for accuracy.
• Assist in generating inventory and usage reports for internal teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities related to inventory accuracy.
• Support data exchange automation initiatives.
