DP World is seeking a Material Control Analyst to support inventory management systems and operational processes. This role links warehouse operations, inventory management, technology, and leadership to keep data accurate and processes improving.

Responsibilities include monitoring transactions, investigating discrepancies, and driving corrective actions across multiple facilities in a 24/7 environment. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, systems analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience working with WMS, ERP, inventory management, or other logistics-related systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor inventory levels, transactions, adjustments, transfers, receipts, shipments, and cycle counts across supported facilities.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and identify root causes of shortages, overages, mislocations, and system variances.
• Support inventory accuracy initiatives and develop corrective actions to reduce recurring discrepancies.
• Partner with warehouse and operations teams to ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately and timely.
• Support cycle count programs, physical inventories, reconciliations, and inventory audits.
• Monitor inventory activity across Palmetto, Union City, and Fairburn locations and identify trends or operational concerns.
