Qualifications

Must be proficient in Excel and Power BI.
Experience with SBO (SAP) and Warehouse Management Systems desired.
Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual book-to-book reconciliations.
Analyze and resolve inventory count variances.
Prepare monthly blocked stock reports and manage damaged inventory.

Fundamental Areas of Focus:

Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual book-to-book reconciliation
Analyze and resolve count variances
Schedule, process, and reconcile cycle count and annual physical count results
Assist with End of Campaign (EOC) counts and resolve discrepancies
Review and correct batch discrepancies
Open claims for damaged material as needed
Prepare and review monthly blocked stock report
Arrange for disposal of damaged or obsolete inventory

Talent and Knack:

Must have excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills
Must have intermediate math skills
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
Must be a team player
Must be able to work overtime when required, including weekends and holidays (this would mostly apply at quarter close).
Must be able to work in a high volume/high speed environment

Requirements:

Must be proficient in Excel and Power BI (or equivalent Business Intelligence Application).
SBO (SAP) and Warehouse Management System experience desired
Customer service experience is a plus
