Qualifications

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual book-to-book reconciliations.
• Analyze and resolve inventory count variances.
• Prepare monthly blocked stock reports and manage damaged inventory.

Fundamental Areas of Focus:

• Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual book-to-book reconciliation
• Analyze and resolve count variances
• Schedule, process, and reconcile cycle count and annual physical count results
• Assist with End of Campaign (EOC) counts and resolve discrepancies
• Review and correct batch discrepancies
• Open claims for damaged material as needed
• Prepare and review monthly blocked stock report
• Arrange for disposal of damaged or obsolete inventory

Talent and Knack:

• Must have excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills
• Must have intermediate math skills
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to work overtime when required, including weekends and holidays (this would mostly apply at quarter close).
• Must be able to work in a high volume/high speed environment

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in Excel and Power BI (or equivalent Business Intelligence Application).
• SBO (SAP) and Warehouse Management System experience desired
• Customer service experience is a plus
