Job summary

Genesis Gaming Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator to manage and maintain our casino equipment and Bravo hardware in Las Vegas.

You will perform timely inventory control, track materials, and help ensure accurate stock levels across the cage. The role requires attention to detail, proficiency with Fishbowl CRM and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work full-time on-site at our Las Vegas shop.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
• Ability to learn Fishbowl CRM quickly.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of all items housed in the cage—raw materials, finished goods, Bravo hardware items, etc.
• Distribute equipment and hardware to employees and prepare items for next day jobs and projects.
• Participate in inventory process and daily audits; research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor production schedules and prepare hardware and equipment for each order; ensure all required supplies are in stock.
• Maintain and manage accurate records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, and/or supplies stocked.
• Perform annual (end-of-year) audit of all items housed in the cage.
• Use Fishbowl CRM system to update orders and obtain needed order information.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Inventory Control Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory for the company.The primary responsibility of the Inventory Control Administrator is to perform timely and accurate inventory control activities, for the purpose of maintaining the accuracy and integrity of materials within the production facility.

As anInventory Control Administratorwith Genesis Gaming Solutions, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a good understanding of all items housed in the cage- raw materials, finished goods, Bravo hardware items, etc.
• Distributing equipment and hardware to employees and prepares items for next day jobs and projects.

LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:
