Job summary

All Surfaces Inc. is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist for the All Tile - CCS branch in Wood Dale, IL. This 2nd shift, part-time role focuses on accurate inventory records, cycle counts, and ensuring correct storage and movement throughout the warehouse.

You will verify counts in the WMS, investigate discrepancies, and support forecasting and planning. Prior warehouse, inventory, or flooring materials experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory control or distribution center experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (Epicor P21 a plus).
• Knowledge of inventory auditing procedures and accuracy goals.
• Experience in flooring/building materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Verify inventory accuracy in the WMS and reconcile counts.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock availability; track product movement.
• Coordinate with warehouse team on order fulfillment and packing/shipping.
• Generate inventory reports and analyze variances to support planning.
• Safely operate equipment and maintain clean, safe work areas.
