Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is assisting a local client in MIAMI, OK in their search for an Inventory Control candidate. This role focuses on daily cycle counts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating transfers from 3PL warehouses.

The paid hourly position offers benefits and training support, with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour and standard shifts Monday to Friday. Ideal for candidates with 1 year in warehouse or inventory control and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Warehouse or Inventory Control.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Identify materials needed to support production and coordinate transfers from 3PL warehouses.
• Manage excess inventory and coordinate returns to warehouse locations as needed.
• Verify inventory storage conditions and report issues such as shortages, expired products, damaged inventory, or discrepancies.
• Support receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Utilize inventory systems and Excel to track inventory transactions and generate reports.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational success.
• Follow all SOPs, GMP requirements, and safety procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse and inventory projects as assigned.
