Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a related field, with 4 years of experience.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple teams.
• Experience with inventory and vendor management in a regulated setting.
• Knowledge of quality/regulatory standards (FDA, CMS, AATB) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily tissue and clinical supply operations across locations.
• Maintains vendor relations and coordinates delivery schedules.
• Schedules Environmental Monitoring and monitors facility temperature.
• Oversees maintenance, calibrations, and cleaning per SOPs.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates staff; travel required.
