DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank (DCIDS) in Nashville, TN seeks a Director of Processing Operations to lead all processing-related activities. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining processing functions while fostering a culture of quality and accountability across teams.

You will collaborate with the Sr. Director of Operations to develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction through on-time delivery and superior product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of tissue banking leadership experience.
• Direct management experience required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage processing-related operations and schedule production to meet demand and on-time delivery.
• Oversee daily processing operations, staffing and equipment oversight.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across processing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction of final product quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor processing leadership and develop growth plans.
• Assist with annual budget planning for processing operations.
