Job summary

Bark is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead inventory and COGS accounting across 3PL warehouses and manufacturing partners in the United States. You will own the monthly close for inventory, provide insights on gross margin, and ensure GAAP compliance.

The role requires experience in consumer products or retail, SOX controls, NetSuite or ERP, and a track record of coaching junior accountants.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory and cost accounting for consumer products or retail.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX controls in a public company environment.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems and improving accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory and COGS accounting across 3PL warehouses and manufacturing partners.
• Deliver a clean, on-time monthly inventory close and provide insights on COGS and gross margin.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of accountants for accurate and timely results.
