Location: Plant City, FL

What You’ll Be Doing

While reporting to the Manager, as an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of Spare Parts, Tooling Spare Parts, Lubricants, and other supplies. Your duties include:

• Ensuring safety by following safety guidelines, including documentation or inspections, and wearing safety gear like gloves and safety glasses.
• Reviewing work orders, updating, and reporting parts usage.
• Coordinating the delivery of parts to the maintenance shop with shipping.
• Restocking parts and updating inventory.
• Reporting purchasing needs.
• Coordinating with vendors for repairs and services.
• Maintaining organization of parts on racks and cabinets, ensuring each part is tagged and correctly placed to match the inventory list.
• Applying rust prevention measures for metallic parts.
• Performing periodic shaft rotation on electric motors as required.
• Preparing for quarterly inventory physical counts.
• Keeping the Spare Parts Room and Tooling storage area clean and organized.
• Supporting maintenance operations, including working on production equipment.

Requirements

• Forklift and aerial platform certification.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong safety culture.
• Good communication skills.
• Availability for consulting 24/7.

Monday - Friday / 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Plant City, FL
