Job summary

Gwynedd Manufacturing in North Wales, PA is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support manufacturing operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with labor and process timing data collection. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or associate degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, inventory control, or production support preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify raw materials, components, and supplies against purchase orders.
• Record inventory transactions in the ERP or inventory management system.
• Issue materials to production based on work orders and bills of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
