Randstad USA is seeking an inventory clerk for short-term mandates in high-volume distribution centers. You will perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and feed data into our warehouse management system.

The role requires investigating discrepancies, documenting root causes, and applying FIFO or client-specific procedures. On-site in Lenexa, KS with a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule. Benefits are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Strong inventory accuracy and data entry skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform accurate, scheduled cycle counts and physical inventory checks to verify system quantities.
• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies found during counts, documenting root causes and adjustments.
• Input inventory adjustments, transfers, and location changes into the WMS or inventory software.
• Audit product locations and ensure FIFO or client-specific procedures are followed.
• Communicate discrepancies and location issues to warehouse management and receiving/shipping teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform accurate, scheduled cycle counts and physical inventory checks of designated stock locations to verify system quantities.
• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies found during cycle counts or audit procedures, documenting root causes and adjustments.
• Accurately input inventory adjustments, transfers, and location changes into the warehouse management system (wms) or inventory software.
• Audit and verify product locations, ensuring all inventory is stored correctly and following fifo (first-in, first-out) or client-specific procedures.
• Communicate discrepancies and location issues to warehouse management and receiving/shipping teams.
