Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Six months of clerical experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Ability to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good oral/written communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.

Responsibilities

• Performs various clerical and data entry functions in recording inventory transactions in the computer.
• May assist with janitorial duties and run floor equipment.
• Orders janitorial supplies; verifies accuracy of paperwork; and enters orders into the database.
• Performs inventory counts and makes adjustments as needed.
• Works with team members to ensure supplies are used properly and quantities are maintained.
• Stocks various products in storage areas and keeps racks organized and properly located.
• Serves as the contact for supply needs and delivery coordination.
• Ensures janitorial equipment is safe and in good working condition.
• Delivers requested items to janitors across buildings.
• Operates a pallet jack to move pallets.
