This position is based at our Plymouth Nathan Lane facility within the Peripheral Vascular Health operating unit. You will join a seasoned and collaborative team, providing critical materials support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills who thrives in a team-driven setting.


This role supports our 2nd shift operations - 1:30PM – 9:30PM, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Maintains controls over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods).
  • Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.
  • Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct .
  • Conducts analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in material handling, or working in shipping/receiving roles.
  • Prior experience using material handling equipment.
  • General Proficiencies in Microsoft Office.
  • ERP experience, specifically with SAP.
  • Performed cycle counting duties in previous roles.
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing/warehouse setting.
  • Prefers physical work such as walking and lifting.
  • Ability to work independently and/or with a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Requires minimum of 2 years of experience.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$42,000.00 - $63,000.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance , Health Savings Account , Healthcare Flexible Spending Account , Life insurance, Long-term disability leave , Dependent daycare spending account , Tuition assistance/reimbursement , and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
