Job summary

Alloy Surfaces Co Inc is seeking a Warehouse Clerk I to maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control activities across purchased and produced items. The role supports internal control procedures and ensures smooth material flow and storage within the facility.

The incumbent will perform cycle counts, data entry, and documentation, while collaborating with Planning, QA, and Production to resolve material issues and discrepancies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in warehousing and inventory control in a product manufacturing environment.
• Eligible to obtain and/or maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the inventory cycle counting process
• Label, locate, and stock material following receiving inspection and procedures
• Perform data entry for general warehousing activities, including stocking, cycle counting, work-in-progress, and production kit collection
• Maintain supporting documentation and records for all data entry activities
• Communicate with internal customers to resolve material, order, inventory, or system issues when needed
• Work closely with Planning, Quality Assurance, and Production to resolve material and inventory-related issues
• Identify and elevate inventory discrepancies, material shortages, and other issues that may impact production or inventory accuracy
• Special projects and other duties as assigned
