Job summary

Pacific Seafood in Warrenton, OR is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage all physical movements and costs of product during production, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of inventory activities.

Responsibilit ies include interfacing with vendors and supervisors, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, matching invoices to POs, and preparing management reports to support decision making. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years or related experience or training.
• Advanced experience with Excel and Pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with vendors, production supervisors and customers to gather and distribute data in efficient and timely manner.
• Identify, report, and assist in the deployment of opportunities for improvement within our operations or markets.
• Creating/maintaining excel spreadsheets and databases.
• Matching pick tickets to Bills of Lading and production backup.
• Match invoices to purchase orders.
• Record data in order to update and maintain accounting records.
