Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associates in business preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or inventory roles.
• Bilingual Japanese preferred; strong English reading/writing required.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain control of inventory across the facility.
• Data entry for receipts, transfers, production and adjustments.
• Verify clerical counts; investigate and report discrepancies.
• Prepare reports: inventory balance, safety stock, demand rates, price lists, shortages.
• Assist with month-end and year-end physical inventories; cross-functional communication.
