Accurate Personnel LLC in Morris, Illinois is seeking an Inventory Clerk to conduct cycle counts, audits, and help reconcile inventory discrepancies. The role supports the Inventory Supervisor and ensures accuracy to meet client demands, with duties across inbound/outbound shipments and GMP compliance.

The position runs Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:00pm, offering a starting pay of $22.02/hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, located in Morris, IL.

Qualifications

• Experience with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Ability to read locations, dates and product codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
• H.S. diploma/GED preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• 1+ year forklift experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
