Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Permanent Full Time Inventory Clerk in Lockbourne, Ohio. The role offers weekly pay, full benefits, and on-the-job training in a safe, state-of-the-art environment.

The position requires basic warehouse experience, forklift familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will conduct cycle counts, audits, and maintain GMPs while supporting supervisors and teams on inventory issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
• One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred.
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred.
• Read and interpret location, date and product codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Flexible to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
