Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Etna, Ohio is hiring an Inventory Clerk to join our warehouse team. You will perform cycle counts, handle inventory audits, and support supervisors with inventory issues in a fast-paced distribution environment, while upholding safety and GMP standards.

This position offers weekly pay and a benefits package. Prior warehouse and forklift experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office, are preferred to help manage accurate inventory and contribute to efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• One year or more forklift experience preferred.
• One year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• Equipment certification may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
