Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an Inventory Clerk for the Neenah, Wisconsin facility. The role is on-site, full-time, 1st shift, with a starting pay of $23.18 per hour.

You will work with Receiving/Shipping and Purchasing to verify inventory and ensure production readiness, using the plant's inventory system and FIFO processes. You will perform material verification, reconcile transactions, participate in weekly inventories, and coordinate cycle counts with forklift drivers while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
• Familiarity with material verification and FIFO practices.
• Ability to coordinate with forklift drivers and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute material verification based on plant schedules.
• Validate material movement transactions in the system.
• Maintain continuous and accurate cycle counting of the facility.
• Coordinate cycle counting with forklift drivers on shift.
• Prepare and participate in weekly physical inventory.
• Direct monthly product inventory and verify records.
• Keep spreadsheets up to date and understand FIFO methodology.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Back up administrative assistant as needed.
