Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage stockroom operations, conduct cycle counts, and process material receipts in our ERP/MRP system. You will help maintain high inventory accuracy and ensure timely delivery of components to production.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, kitting, receiving, and shipping, with a focus on accurate logging, labeling, and safe handling of materials. AAssociates degree and 2 years’ experience are preferred, with first shift hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in stockroom, warehouse, or inventory control.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP inventory entry.
• Knowledge of part labeling and ESD component handling preferred.
• Basic math skills and high attention to part numbers.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and stockroom organization using ERP/MRP.

Job description

Role Overview We are hiring a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to manage stockroom operations, perform cycle counts, and process material receipts in our ERP system. You will ensure high inventory accuracy and timely component delivery to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Cycle Counts & Audits: Perform regular physical counts and help reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Kitting & Material Issuance: Accurately pull and issue stock, parts, and ESD-sensitive components to production orders.
• Receiving & ERP System Entry: Inspect incoming deliveries, log receipts into the ERP/MRP system, and label items according to internal standards.
• Stockroom Maintenance: Store, organize, and locate inventory quickly while keeping stock areas clean and safe.
• Shipping & Material Handling: Assist with packaging shipments and safely operate manual handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks).

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of stockroom, warehouse, or inventory control experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP inventory entry.
• Knowledge of part labeling and ESD component handling preferred.
• Basic math skills and high attention to part numbers.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to [40–50 lbs].

• Inventory & Stockroom Management: Organize, store, and disburse materials using ERP/MRP systems; maintain accurate, accessible stock areas, including proper handling of ESD-sensitive components.
• Receiving & Inspection: Unload, verify, and inspect incoming equipment, parts, and raw materials for quality and count discrepancies before logging and stocking.
• Kitting & Production Support: Accurately issue parts and production components to shop floor orders on schedule to support smooth manufacturing workflows.
• Shipping & Logistics: Package, label, and inspect finished goods for delivery, ensuring full compliance with customer, carrier, and internal quality standards.
• Inventory Control & Safety: Support continuous cycle counts and perpetual inventory audits while safely operating material handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts).
