Job summary

SonoVision is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Beaverton, OR to keep inventory accurate in a fast-moving warehouse. You will track records in real time, perform cycle counts, and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining organization across multiple areas.

The role requires 1+ years in inventory/warehouse operations, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on position with potential for growth.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of inventory, warehouse, or operations experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; background check required.
  • Comfortable with a fast pace and shifting to-do lists.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain accurate inventory records in real time.
  • Perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Organize and reorganize warehouse and storage areas as needs shift.
  • Classify and sort parts across core, repair, and tested-good.
  • Collaborate daily with logistics, repair, and assembly teams.
  • Jump between areas and tasks as priorities arise.
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and speak up about them.
