Job summary

Nautel in Bangor, Maine is seeking a Full-Time Assembler to join the Bangor facility team. The role involves electronic and mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies per drawings and SOPs, with emphasis on quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints and ECRs, perform soldering (including surface mount) and PCB assembly, and work with deadlines. Training is available for candidates without experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Technical degree preferred.
• Electronic and or mechanical assembly experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, ECRs, SOPs, work instructions and standards.
• May be required to work overtime on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Electronic and mechanical assembly of assemblies and sub-assemblies according to drawings and composer files.
• Soldering and Surface Mount Soldering.
• PCB board assembly, testing and programming.
• Rack assembly.
• Operate with safety as a priority.
• Utilizes programs such as Workforce, JIRA, and Confluence.

Nautel is seeking a Full-Time Assembler, to be based in the Bangor, Maine facility.

Requirements of the Assembler:

• High School Diploma, Technical degree preferred.
• Electronic and or mechanical assembly experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Communicates effectively – Provides and receives information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, ECR's, Standard Operating Procedures, Workmanship Standards and DWA’s.
• May be required to work overtime on an as needed basis
