Job summary

Optimum RV LLC is hiring a Check-In/Inventory Technician in Bushnell, FL to inspect incoming units (new and pre-owned) for functionality and defects, documenting issues per the checklist. You will greet drivers, relay concerns to the advisor or sales manager, and conduct regular inventory audits on the lot.

You must communicate clearly, work independently or in a team, and follow safety guidelines while uploading documents to relevant departments and attending required meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cursory inspections on incoming units to check functionality and condition.
• Document issues using the approved checklist and report major problems to a manager.
• Greet customers or transport drivers at delivery sites for inspections.
• Record and relay customer concerns to the advisor or sales manager.
• Conduct inventory audits and support weekly/monthly counts.
• Upload inventory documents to partner departments and manufacturers.
• Follow all safety guidelines and attend mandatory meetings.
